Saludos, hivers. Ha sido un día productivo en el arte, especialmente en esta ocasión tengo añadido a la lista un nuevo dibujo favorito. No me sentí conectada con todos los retos pero al menos con uno sí, supongo que se nota la diferencia.
Greetings, hivers. It's been a productive day in art, especially this time I have a new favorite drawing added to the list. I didn't feel connected with all the challenges but at least one I did, I guess it makes a difference.
Día 22: este dibujo me ha gustado bastante, realmente creí que quedaría mal y tenía bajas expectativas con el resultado, pero ha sido todo lo contrario. Pienso que si se ve texturizado, se nota el contraste de sombras. He dibujado un árbol seco con aspecto áspero y agrietado.
Day 22: I really liked this drawing, I really thought it would look bad and I had low expectations with the result, but it was the opposite. I think that if it looks textured, the contrast of shadows is noticeable. I have drawn a dry tree with a rough and cracked aspect.
Día 23: bueno, la mayoría de los cuerpos celestes me parecieron complicados y como tenía algo de prisa por adelantar la lista, me pareció que una constelación era linda, sencilla y rápida de dibujar. Quise hacer la de mi propio signo. Usé marcador, pero como era de punta gruesa tuve que rellenar las orillas de las estrellas con bolígrafo porque sino se me complicaría. Me encanta el contraste que hace la tinta plateada en el negro, simulando pequeños destellos.
Day 23: well, most of the celestial bodies seemed complicated to me and since I was in a bit of a hurry to get through the list, I thought a constellation was nice, simple and quick to draw. I wanted to do my own sign. I used a marker, but since it had a thick tip I had to fill in the edges of the stars with a ballpoint pen because otherwise it would get messy. I love the contrast the silver ink makes on the black, simulating little sparkles.
Day 24: no se me ocurrió una mejor idea que dibujar una piscina, pretendí que las escaleras de la misma se visualizaran para que diera la impresión de poca profundidad. Iba hacerlo todo muy lineal pero como no me gusta tanto el material, terminé añadiendo sombras porque se ve más bonito así.
Day 24: I couldn't come up with a better idea than to draw a pool, I intended to make the stairs of the pool visible to give the impression of shallowness. I was going to make it all very linear but since I don't like the material that much, I ended up adding shadows because it looks nicer that way.
Day 25: Y finalmente, mi favorito de esta sesión de dibujo. No estoy al tanto de si la medusa que pinté es venenosa o si todas lo son, pero en sí tengo el concepto de que preferiblemente mantengamos un límite prudencial con estos animales. Esta vendría siendo la razón por la que escogí dibujarla. A decir verdad también me parecen lindas.
Day 25:And finally, my favorite of this drawing session. I am not sure if the jellyfish I painted is poisonous or if all of them are, but I do have the concept that we should preferably keep a prudent limit with these animals. This would be the reason why I chose to draw it. To tell you the truth, I also think they are cute.
