About a day ago I told you how to make cute little flowers using a plastic pipe. For a long time I did not share recipes that are easy to make and delicious. Today I am going to tell you about a dish that is easy to cook and delicious. For my breakfast today, I made fried rice with vegetable, chicken sausage and rice. I usually eat fried rice with different flavors and this method is the easiest and fastest way to cook. Below I will tell you the ingredients and recipes.
Ingredients needed to make this fried rice are some vegetable, chicken sausage, egg, rice, cooking oil, salt and sweet soy sauce. For vegetables, I used cabbage, carrots and corn. These are the three vegetables that I always use in frying rice. I actually wanted to use some peas to make this fried rice but I did not buy it so I did not use it. I washed the eggs and all the vegetables thoroughly with water first.
I removed some of the bad leaves from the cabbage. Then I slice some cabbage. I also slice corn. I used the whole corn because I really liked the sweet taste of the corn. I also made carrot into small pieces. I also cut the chicken sausage into thin slices. Then I put it all on one plate.
I cracked two eggs and put them in a boil. Then I stir the eggs carefully. Now I'm ready to cook.
I put a little cooking oil in a pot and heated it first. When the oil gets hot, I fry the vegetables and chicken sausage first.
After frying the vegetables and chicken sausage for about 4 minutes, I added an egg. Then I mixed it all up. I added the cooked rice. And I also added a little sweet soy sauce. I use sweet soy sauce to brighten the color of my fried rice. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
