Hello my loving Asean Hive community,
Yesterday I told you how to make a lotus lamp using color paper. Today I will not talk about papercraft. Today I'm back to talk about a delicious drink. Today I am going to talk about Falooda. Now I will not tell you how to make Falooda, I will tell you how to package and taste Falooda in the shop where I bought it. Falooda is one of my favorite drinks. However, I have not been able to drink it for a long time because the shop selling Falooda is too far from where I live. So I decided that what I really needed to do was learn how to make Falooda at home. But I did not make it because I did not have the ingredients needed to make Falooda. A friend of mine told me this afternoon that I could buy Falooda from his sister and that she would send it deli free. So today I bought two bottle Falooda for her and my brother from her.
Above is a picture of two bottles of Falooda I bought today. When I bought Falooda when I was younger, the shopkeepers usually packed it in a plastic bag. Falooda is still packaged in soft plastic bottles, even today. However, the Falooda I bought today was packaged in a hard plastic bottle by the shopkeepers. A plastic bottle contains a lot of Falooda and costs about 0.8. At first I was not sure what country Falooda was from. When I did a Google search, I learned that Falooda is an Indian food.
Before I opened the Falooda bottle, I noticed that it contained a lot of milk. As soon as I opened one of those two bottles, I began to smell Falooda. I also smelled coconut milk and I saw some coconuts. Although it was fun for me to find coconut in Falooda bottles, my brother did not like coconut. So I moved the coconut in my brother's Falooda bottle to my bottle.
The Falooda I bought today contains Jelly, milk, coconut milk, coconut, ice, Sago and Glutinous rice. However, glutinous rice contains very little. Some shopkeepers add some bread to Falooda, but the Falooda I bought today does not contain bread. But the taste is very good. The Falooda I used to buy was a little jelly, but now Falooda has a lot of jelly. However, the shape and size are different. The jelly in Falooda I used to eat was small squares and now the jelly in Falooda is noodle shape. There are two colors of jelly. The jelly colors are green and red.
I transferred Falooda from a bottle into a glass bowl. While inside the bottle, Falooda seemed a little small, but when I put it in a glass bowl, I found a lot. My favorite Ingredients of Falooda is coconut and jelly.🍇
