Vegetables Salad For Breakfast

Hi everyone...

What is on your mind when you wake up with hungry tummy?

It is been a while since last time I cooked and post in this blog. Because of my busy days, I almost could not cook and make some experiments.

Recently, I have a little time to make my breakfast. It was vegetables Salad. I get that recipe from many influencers in social media then has modified as my taste.

Here we go!


Vegetables Salad For Breakfast


Even though I have no skill to cook then serve it to others, I still cook for my self. Recently I cook my breakfast, it was vegetables salad. Since I loved vegetables, I have always mix my favorite vegetables in one bowl. I believe that vegetables can give my strong body, ehehe

I named it just Vegetables Salad cause I know nothing about the name, so I just make the recipe and named it as ingredients and salad.

My vegetables salad is really contain by best alternative like olive oil, instead cook the potatoes and the vegetables, I grilled all ingredients on my new oven hehehe


  • Ingredients:

For ingredients I picking up my favorite vegetables, broccoli, potatoes, carrot, and baby tomatoes. Honestly, I was not picked up the carrot, due to I have to have full fill my plate, so I picked up carrot also. And the result is awesome, carrots more delicious by grilled.

  • Seasoning:

For seasoning I have mushroom broth, coriander powder, and then the last is olive oil from Turkey. Almost two year but this olive oil not in charge yet.

Next step to make vegetables salad was cutting the potatoes, carrots, and broccoli into a pieces. Then wash it!


After all ingredients are clear, put all of them in the big bowl for seasoning. Put all seasoning and stir it!


Now we the last step to have the vegetables salad. Set all ingredients on the plate--correct me if I wrong about the plate of oven. It is my favourit step.

After all set, grilled on the oven in 20 minutes. 20 minutes is enough to make the potatoes, carrots, and broccolis being smooth.

While waiting in 20 minutes you can wash your dishes or make your hot coffee as companion.


Here my vegetables salad!

I put the tomatoes as last ingredients and not grilled it. It because the baby tomatoes more delicious if it still fresh or rare.

By the way, besides for the breakfast, this vegetables salad can be your afternoon meals also.
