HELLO HIVE
I'm so excited and proud about the growth and pace at which my young apprentice his learning and as well puting what he learnt to practice by creating top-notch key holder in shape of a Slippers.
It's bearily two weeks since he started learning, after the first test I gave to him, which he try really well on, he kept practicing with every left over material he can lay his hands on in the store.
So during one of his practice, I decided to taken pictures of the process he went through in making this key holder.
He cut out all the parts needed for the Slippers Keyholder.
Then he join the upper together with gum and sew it.
He punch holes on the insole, where the upper will be put through, And then attach the upper to it.
He then rub gum on the outsole and the back of the insole, which he later join together.
Lastly, he punch a hole in the back of the small Slippers, put a eyelet between the hole and put a key ring through it.
- Here is how the key holder made in the shape of a Slippers he made looks like.
- And here is the first Keyholder project he made
With his level of devotion and willingness to learn, I might to test his capacity by asking him to make a proper Footwear one of this days.
Thanks so much for coming with me thus far, have a blessed day.
