Early I looked at books just like at the source of knowledge, but now I do know - they can be not only read!
My son's trainer of sport gymnastics is a great woman and a nice person who has been very caring with Vlad since his first visit to the gymnastics center. We both love and respect her, so when her birthday came I wanted to make something special for her.
I was lucky to find a unique and very unusual thing in the marketplace - FOLDBOOK ART.
I fell in love at once!
It is just a book. Better to say it looks like a book. It has a cover and pages with text.
The secret is in the definite scheme that transform ordinary pages into something more....
I was watching a video instruction, studied the rules, and we started...
I was sure we would make it for some weeks, but in fact we needed just 3-4 hours!
We made it about 30-40 min per day not to be tired, so it took us about a week for this amazing work.
The process is super meditative and relaxing.
You forget about time and worries, you are just folding pages one after another....

The result is a book with words.
The words can be different, and we could create anything, but we chose - ONLY FORWARD.
