STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

To begin this recipe, I will first pour the warm water into a small bowl, add the two (2) teaspoon of yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar, stir and cover for 5 minutes,

While waiting for the yeast, I will proceed to mix the flour by adding the dry ingredients which are the salt, the sugar and the margarine. These I will mix well using my finger tips to inculcate the margarine 🧈

I will add the yeast and gradually mix into kneading to obtain a dough.

Then cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes to double in size.

Once the time elapses, I will take the already doubled dough into a tray to cut into small sizes.

Next I will start to mold, cut into two and spread the dough one by one using the roller wood . Spread to make upper side wider and down side thin to enable a ring roll for a croissant πŸ₯ shape. Then roll the dough downward for a croissant shape.

Deep the rolled dough into sugar spread to help give a brownie color when baked.

I went ahead to roll all the dough in this shape and this process does not take too much of our time. Then spread some flour on the tray before putting the rolls to avoid sticky.
