Back to nature: The charm of cooking over charcoal makes the flavor and aroma of the food taste and be delicious.

Hello, my lovely friends. This morning the air at my garden house is very fresh and bright. For the past 2-3 days it has been raining all day. Every morning when I wake up, what I usually have to do is prepare breakfast for my mother, prepare breakfast for my pets, the birds, prepare food for the turtles, make hot tea for me and my husband, and prepare breakfast for my daughter to eat before going to school.

This picture is a picture of my mother in the morning. My mother is awake, so I am making crispy pork, but I am still letting my mother lie on the bed for a while. I will wait for breakfast and cool down before feeding her.

While waiting for my mother's breakfast to cool down, I stood drinking tea nearby and made another one of her breakfast menus, which was rice porridge. That's it. While making breakfast for my mother, I couldn't leave the kitchen because I had to stir the rice porridge, or else it would overflow from the pot. My mother's rice porridge menu has to be boiled until soft and fine so that it's easy for her to eat.

The homework is done and this menu is the menu for dinner. Today is an unlucky day. The power went out, which made me nervous. But luck was on my side because I bought some to eat at home. There are still many bags left from the last party. So I have charcoal for fuel for cooking tonight. A few days ago, I went to the market and bought pork to stock up. When the power went out, of course, the pork in the refrigerator was in the freezer. It melted, making this menu easier. So I cleaned the pork and cut it into thin slices to grill. Today, I will invite all my friends to make a sour curry with grilled pork. This menu is easy to make, delicious and healthy, especially the morning glory that I grow in my garden. You will get fresh vegetables without chemicals and it tastes sweet and crispy. Cooking your own food is not only delicious, but also relaxing.

Let's start by making a fire. Back to nature, the charm of cooking with charcoal fire. This menu will smell the flavor of the fire and the charm of outdoor cooking. While waiting for the fire to burn, put the marinated pork on the grill. Today, my daughter got out of school and she helped me a lot. She grilled the pork for me. She looked very skilled at what she likes to do. My daughter is talkative. She said that the fragrant smell of the fire that wafted around made me feel very fragrant. So I explained to my daughter that grilling food with charcoal fire is like an art that requires both skill and patience. The taste of meat grilled over a fire will have the sweet aroma of meat and the smell of charcoal that blends perfectly. When the meat is cooked, I will try it.

Ingredients and ingredients

500 grams of grilled pork
1 cup of morning glory
2 tablespoons of red curry paste
1 tablespoon of shrimp paste
2 tablespoons of tamarind juice
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 liter of water

How to make

Put a pan on the stove and add water. When the water boils, add the curry paste and shrimp paste and mix well.

Season with tamarind juice, sugar, fish sauce. Taste and adjust the flavor as desired. When the soup boils, add the grilled pork and morning glory. Boil until the vegetables are cooked. Taste again. This menu can use both lime and tamarind. The sourness will be different. If you add lime, the sourness will be very tangy. If you add tamarind, it will be sour and fragrant, and it will have a sweet flavor.

This menu is warm and the food looks very delicious. My daughter is proud to help make this menu, sour curry with grilled pork and morning glory. How is it, friends? It's done. Take a picture. The model in this picture is my daughter. She started to learn how to cook. Today, I'll end it here. See you in the next post. Bye bye. 🥰👩‍🍳💝

I love rice porridge on a cold windy day. Cooking with charcoal stove requires some skills and patience. The food tastes much better with this old kind of stove. Now I am hungry!
