El Papagayo para César / Hecho con material reciclado

La maestra de César mandó a hacer un juego tradicional venezolano con material de provecho, pero porque en matemáticas les está enseñando las figuras geométricas planas, así que tocó hacer un juego tradicional y César se antojó de hacer un papagayo.
En las actividades académicas escolares, la maestra hace la enseñanza divertida de para todas las materias les ponen el tema del proyecto actual, entonces en este caso que son los juegos tradicionales, les pone en su actividad de matemáticas las figuras geométricas planas por lo que ella hace las tareas más divertidas y dinámicas.
El papagayo es un juguete que se juego volándolo, puede tener muchas figuras pero principalmente es de forma de rombo, sin embargo los hacen de varias maneras, para mí el más sencillo fue el que le hice a César. El papagayo para mí siempre ha sido un juegue que necesitar lógica, delicadeza y arte.
Muchos niños los hacen con bolsas de plásticos, palos que consiguen en la calle y cualquier cosa para amarrarlos, lo mejor de todo es que vuelan muy bien, muchas veces terminan en los cables de electricidad y ahí quedan porque nadie los puede bajar.
Entonces, para el papagayo de César, utilicé los siguientes materiales:
- Pitillos
- Papel lustrillo
- Hilo pabilo
- Pega blanca
- Tela
- Tijera
Al principio no sabía por dónde empezar, me fui a google a ver qué diseño más sencillo conseguía, dado que era ya tarde en la noche y no me quería extender. Así que conseguí uno similar al que hice, el cual fue mi guía.
Comencé poniendo en cruz los pitillos y los uní con el hilo pabilo, luego con el papel lustrillo de colores que tenía en uso de hace tiempo, le hice cuadrados con unos colores y con otros los triángulos que era la forma correcta.
Pegué el primer papel a la cruz de pitillo y así fui con los otros papeles de otros colores, en eso me di cuenta que no tenía la forma, con la tijera corte el exceso de papel y le di la forma que quería.
Al final doblé las esquinas del papel y fue que quedó con la forma del papagayo. Ahora venía la parte de ponerle el pabilo, que es el hilo que sostiene el papagayo la momento de volar. También faltaba la cola.
Como pude amarré de la unión de la cruz de pitillo el pabilo que sería el que se va a sujetar para que no se vaya volando el papagayo y al final del pitillo largo, le pegué al cola del papagayo.
Con tela le fue haciendo lazos, que le dan la belleza al papagayo y su estabilidad.
Así fue, como la mamá de César Gabriel, el niño que no hizo nada, terminó su papagayo. En este caso, César estaba copiando en su cuaderno otros juegos tradicionales y dibujando cada uno, mientras yo le hacía su papagayo.
Como siempre he dicho, no soy la que mejor trabaja con las manos, pero para mí hijo, doy lo mejor de mí.

In school academic activities, the teacher makes teaching fun for all subjects, they put the topic of the current project, so in this case, which are traditional games, she puts flat geometric figures in their math activity, so she makes tasks more fun and dynamic.
The papagayo is a toy that is played by flying it, it can have many figures but it is mainly diamond-shaped, however they do it in various ways, for me the simplest was the one I made for César. The papagayo for me has always been a game that requires logic, delicacy and art.
Many children make them with plastic bags, sticks they find on the street and anything to tie them up. Best of all, they fly very well, many times they end up in electricity cables and remain there because no one can take them down.
So, for Caesar's papagayo, I used the following materials:
- Skinny
- Polish paper
- wick thread
- White glue
- Fabric
- Scissor
At first I didn't know where to start, I went to google to see what simpler design I could find, since it was already late at night and I didn't want to extend myself. So I got one similar to the one I made, which was my guide.
I began by putting the cigarettes in a cross and joined them with the wick thread, then with the colored glossy paper that I had used for a long time, I made squares with some colors and with others the triangles that were the correct shape.
I glued the first paper to the cigarette cross and that's how I went with the other papers of other colors, in that I realized that it didn't have the shape, with the scissors I cut the excess paper and gave it the shape I wanted.
In the end I folded the corners of the paper and it ended up in the shape of the parrot. Now came the part of putting the wick, which is the thread that holds the parrot when it flies. The tail was also missing.
As I could, I tied the wick from the union of the cross of the cigarette, which would be the one that is going to be attached so that the parrot does not fly away and at the end of the long cigarette, I hit the tail of the papagayo.
With fabric he made ties, which give the papagayo its beauty and its stability.
That's how César Gabriel's mother, the boy who did nothing, finished his papagayo. In this case, César was copying other traditional games in his notebook and drawing each one, while I made him his papagayo.
As I have always said, I am not the one who works best with my hands, but for my son, I give my best.
