Strengthening the immune system — we are all familiar with these words. But many may not know who works to strengthen the immune system and how to increase that capacity. This phenomenon can be explained very simply. Suppose, about 160 million people live in this part of Bangladesh. They make their living from various professions including farmers, doctors, journalists, politicians, and engineers. But when it comes to the defense of this territory, it comes to the service organizations of the Bangladesh Army, BGB, etc. In other words, not all people are working to defend or resist the attack of the external enemy. People of some special professions are working in this field. The body of each of us is like that.

Our whole body is made up of cells from the hair on our head to the nails on our feet. But not all cells work to protect the body from external germs. The cells that work in our body to fight off disease or germs are called white blood cells; In short WBC. Whenever unwanted substances or germs enter the body, WBC fights against those germs. But it is always running 24 hours; This is because germs are constantly entering our body through the nose, ears, eyes, mouth, or anywhere. When the number and strength of WBC are less than that of the germ, then we get diseased.

Therefore, if the number of white blood cells is moderate and we have the strength to work well, we will be healthy. Various studies by scientists have shown that it is important for us to keep three things in order to keep the number of white blood cells in moderation and maximum energy.

  1. Balanced diet, 2. Exercise every day, 3. Maintain good mental health

A balanced diet rich in minerals and vitamins is needed for strong immunity. Zinc plays an important role in the formation of our white blood cells. So it is necessary to include zinc in the daily diet. Vitamin C and other vitamins also play a role in boosting immunity.

This requires regular exercise. Of course, when we talk about exercise, we think of going to the gym or doing yoga. The matter is not really limited to these two. On the contrary, we can learn about the exercises we need to do to boost our immune system.
