in #hive-15385011 months ago

Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.

Today started off pretty well, with clear surroundings and light mist in the morning. The sweet presence of the sun was there from the morning, the morning was quite enjoyable with a light cool breeze. Winter mornings are truly mesmerizing, invigorating the body and mind.

Sunday is an opportunity to share something creative, I have been trying to keep myself connected with this initiative since its inception. Because it's a great initiative for all members of the community to share their creativity as well. I have joined this initiative not only through recipes but also through different types of creativity.

Today, I will share a beautiful and tasty recipe that is perfect with this beautiful winter weather. Since at the beginning of winter, olives start appearing in the market of our country and everyone tries to prepare various recipes with the taste of olives. So today I also made a taste of Mash with a little exception.

A little exception and differently I added two extra things to the coriander leaves to increase the flavor level. Added olives and garlic, resulting in a mash that tastes just as good and tastes great. The mild sourness with the hot made the mash more enjoyable.

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Olives
  • Coriander leaves
  • Garlic
  • Raw chilies
  • salt
  • Oil.

Preparation phase-

First, I put a pan on the stove and heat oil, then add garlic, green chillies and sliced olives and fry lightly.

Then I added coriander leaves, lightly fried again with salt and boiled. Then I took them down.

From the boiled ingredients, I first took raw chillies along with mild salt and then coriander leaves and made a paste in Shilpata.

After that I made a paste with the garlic, then mixed all the paste together, see the scenes. Today's mash is ready.

Today's sour and hot mash is ready to serve. Such mash really tastes better with hot rice. So, this type of mash is very popular in the rural areas of our country.

All are my original photographs.

Thanks all.

Wahh 🤩🤩

It looks delicious 🤤 and I'd really love to have a taste. A happy Sunday to you 💜

Very nice my friend. Shall we eat it with olives, coriander leaves, green chillies and garlic, it is really delicious. But I never tried it. In the future I'll try to do something that's really eye-catching. I always wish you the best. Also I want to say that you have done some cooking steps very well. Also I think anything Batna Batna in our city is very fun. You have presented each step very well. The photography scene is really amazing. But my friend, let me tell you something. I destroyed the camera of a phone which was a Samsung a50 while taking pictures of this cooking. Later I had to buy a new camera. Stove heat damages the camera a lot. So be very careful while taking pictures. Take it from a distance. Wishing you all the best always. Also, thank you so much for giving your family such an insanely delicious meal on Creative Sunday today. I always wish the best for your family

It is giving all the vibes of beautiful to see

As the dishes you serve are so delicious,
I can't wait to taste them
Happy Sunday my friend, have fun😊😊

This puree looks very appetizing and I certainly think it will bring a delicious flavor to complement our dishes.
