Hola amigos de la colmena, en este post quiero hablarles de un nuevo trabajo que me encargaron, en esta ocasión me dejaron la tarea de ponerle faros a un Toyota Avanza. ⚡
Hoy tuvimos que hacer un trabajo diferente al habitual pero que sinceramente fue mucho más satisfactorio, nos llegaron los faros para colocar a esta camioneta, aparte del cable y los demás componentes electrónicos que necesitamos para armar el circuito de los faros y darle mayor visibilidad a nuestro cliente a la hora de conducir de noche y con lluvia. 🌧🌜

Hello friends of the hive, in this post I want to tell you about a new job I was commissioned, this time I was left with the task of putting headlights on a Toyota Avanza. ⚡
Today we had to do a different job than usual but honestly it was much more satisfying, we got the headlights to put to this van, apart from the cable and other electronic components we need to assemble the circuit of the headlights and give greater visibility to our customer when driving at night and in the rain. 🌧🌜
Empezamos midiendo la cantidad de cable necesaria para hacer toda la instalación eléctrica, acomodamos los cables por dentro de la camioneta dejando un boton de encendido a un lado del volante, esto para dar más comodidad de uso a la hora de conducir, pasamos toda la línea de cable hasta llegar a de un punto al otro, que en esta caso pasan por la carga que son los faros hasta la batería que es la fuente de alimentación, las baterías de automóviles tienen 12 volts aunque los ampers pueden variar en este caso fue de 400 Ampers.
Ya con los componentes ensamblados solo quedaba terminar de montar toda la instalación en la camioneta y detallar el circuito para esconder todos los cables nuevos buscando que la camioneta no pierda estética. 🚐😎

We started measuring the amount of cable needed to make the entire electrical installation, we accommodate the cables inside the truck leaving an ignition button on one side of the steering wheel, this to give more comfort of use when driving, we passed the entire line of cable to reach from one point to another, which in this case pass through the load that are the headlights to the battery which is the power source, car batteries have 12 volts although the amperes may vary in this case was 400 Ampers.
Already with the assembled components only remained to finish mounting the entire installation in the van and detail the circuit to hide all the new wires looking for the van does not lose aesthetics. 🚐😎
Les subo unas fotos del proceso que seguí para cablear la bateria, conectar los diferentes componentes del circuito y los faros en si, pero todo el proceso valió por completo la pena para el resultado final, se los muestro con la luz encendida y apagada para que puedan ver que ambos faros encienden y se apagan igualmente. ✨

I upload some pictures of the process I followed to wire the battery, connect the different components of the circuit and the headlights themselves, but the whole process was completely worth it for the final result, I show them with the light on and off so you can see that both headlights turn on and off equally. ✨
