Hoy les hablaré de algo que he estado haciendo en estos últimos días, se trata de un reto que me propuse para lograr retomar con éxito el habito de publicar en esta interesante, divertida y poderosa plataforma.

La verdad es que siempre me ha costado ser muy disciplinado, no se por qué, tal vez me cuesta concentrarme o simplemente no estoy lo suficientemente motivado a la hora de afrontar algo que deba hacer o resolver, ciertamente esto fue cambiando en la universidad, ya que obviamente tenía que tener un mínimo de disciplina para ser un buen estudiante.

The truth is that it has always been hard for me to be very disciplined, I don't know why, maybe it's hard for me to concentrate or I'm just not motivated enough to face something I have to do or solve, certainly this was changing in college, since obviously I had to have a minimum of discipline to be a good student.

Hace algún tiempo leí un artículo en internet que hablaba de un estudio relacionado con la adquisición de hábitos, en resumen, decía que para que una persona adoptara un nuevo hábito era necesario que aquello que quería hacer permanente en su vida, debía hacerlo o practicarlo durante 21 días continuos. Esto me motivó a asumir el reto de crear contenido de calidad para la plataforma y para aumentar mi disciplina.

Some time ago I read an article on the internet that talked about a study related to the acquisition of habits, in short, it said that for a person to adopt a new habit it was necessary that what he wanted to make permanent in his life, he had to do it or practice it for 21 continuous days. This motivated me to take on the challenge of creating quality content for the platform and to increase my discipline.

Inicialmente me propuse cumplir el reto durante 21 días continuos, pero debido a algunos problemas de conexión a internet y problemas con el suministro de electricidad, en dos o tres ocasiones no logre subir mi contenido en el día indicado, pero eso no me afectó, ya que para cuando ocurrió esto asombrosamente ya había retomado con fuerza la disciplina y motivación que necesitaba para seguir publicando contenido de calidad, que sirva de ayuda a quien lo necesite.

Initially I set out to meet the challenge for 21 continuous days, but due to some internet connection problems and problems with the electricity supply, on two or three occasions I failed to upload my content on the day indicated, but that did not affect me, because by the time this happened amazingly I had already retaken with force the discipline and motivation I needed to continue publishing quality content, which serves to help those who need it.
