Hello friends,it's been a while,am glad am here,i had a little issue with my phone and i couldn't fixed it earlier.
but am glad am here,i love this community because it's a place i can always learn and share.
Well,today am super excited to share with you all how i made a brooch for a nice girl that stays with my mom .
It was on Sunday afternoon,i went to my mom's place and we had a great time together, during discussion mom mentioned that she needed a green brooch for victory, she's that's the girls name.she has an event in school and she needs it.
I decided to help and am glad i did.
Here are the materials i used
- Green color wool
- knitting pin
First step
I went through my old stuff at my mom's place and luckily for me i saw a green wool i had kept there for a long time,so i took it and started immediately.
I created a circle shape by tieing the wool
Because i was to knit around the circle since i needed a flower design.
Second step
I got the knitting pin and I started knitting on the circle in a circular form.
And I kept knitting around it till I was through with the first layer.
Next step
I continued,I started the second layer and I knitted the second layer on the first layer, maintaining the same space volume
Next step
I increased the volume of the wool knitted to the second layer to achieved a curly design.
Last step
I just wanted it to be a bit attractive so I got a decorative crystal and attached it to the brooch.
I guess it came out nice because she loved it.
