Processing hot snacks and crunchy texture will be very delicious this time. Moreover, plus hot tea to accompany this beautiful rainy day.
Materials Used
- 4 ripe bananas
- 300 grams of glutinous rice flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 20 grams of brown sugar
- Corn flour to taste
I started to prepare some perfunctory ingredients from the contents of my refrigerator, started thinking about crunchy and certainly delicious food that would help me this time. I also decided to make food when I was a child, namely fried banana ring bread, with a combination of brown sugar sauce that would definitely add to the deliciousness. Making dishes with sincere love is the story behind this special recipe, this recipe is a recipe from my grandmother, she always made this cake as a snack in childhood, this cake is a cake that my brothers and I really like, apart from the shape Unique, of course, very delicious with the natural sweetness of a ripe banana.
Cooking Procedure
Step 1 :First I prepare the bananas then add a teaspoon of salt. Then I gently mash until the bananas are really smooth and make sure there are no lumps.
Step 2 :Next add the glutinous rice flour slowly while stirring little by little until the flour runs out.
Step 3 :Stir the dough until the dough is smooth and does not stick to your hands when shaped, then sprinkle a little cornstarch according to your taste.
Step 4 :Then shape the dough into small rings or circles, then sprinkle with cornstarch, this is optional.
Step 5 :Then fry in hot oil on medium heat. Fry until golden brown or according to your taste, here I want a slightly crunchy texture, then remove and drain.
Step 6 :Next to making brown sugar sauce, I started by cooking brown sugar by adding 1 cup of water.
Step 7 :Then cook and add a spoonful of cornstarch, so that it thickens completely.
Step 8 :Cook until the sauce thickens and boils evenly, then wait for it to cool and serve with the prepared ring banana cake.
