Today's my recipe is how to make a cucumber salad mixed with coconut milk.
With coconut milk? 🤔
Yes, we can make this salad delicious by adding coconut milk. Also, add this kind of salad to the day when you eat hot food like shrimp and prawns. It can reduce body temperature.
And coconut milk can kill the germs in our body. We can prepare these cucumbers in different ways. But I added coconut milk to this salad.

This is a very easy recipe to prepare. So for this we need (for four peoples )
- Cucumber 350g
- Large onion 01
- Green chilli pods 03
- coconut milk 100ml
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- salt powder 01 tsp
- Lime 01
- Tomatoes 01

First remove the skin of the cucumber. Wash well. I took half of this cucumber . Because I thought the whole fruit would increase.

Now remove the seeds .

Now i cut in to pieces like this way and if You need can cut as you like

Yes, now I am going to tell you how to make the coconut milk mixture for the cucumber salad
Then take a separate bowl and add to 100ml of coconut milk .

Add half a teaspoon of pepper powder to this coconut milk.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt powder. Add salt according to your taste. Mix well.

Next add to that chopped green chilies and onion .

Now add to that pieces of cucumber and tomatos
