I did not design this house. I took it from 3D Warehouse link. There is this model named Modern Hillside House but I changed it a little and named it Lakeside House. I did nothing different from the original design.
I just added a lake to the space in front of the original model. The reason I worked with it was because I was looking at some of the new 3D model designs in the 3D Warehouse. So I found this model at that time. The design is very beautiful. It even has interior design.
I built a lakeside house using it. I haven't done much here. I have changed almost all of its textures with just the D5 Render software. I've done almost everything to make it realistic. I have rendered it in normal mode so that there is no problem in color management. Here are some rendered pictures of the model. I hope you like it.
