Pictures with natural pressed flowers

Blessed and happy week to all your DJ friends I bring you a project that excites me a lot because I wanted to do it for a long time but I didn't know how, however I took the time to investigate. I have a small garden that mostly has very small flowers or mostly green plants since I don't spend much time at home so I need plants that don't need too much care but I have many neighbors with beautiful flower plants.. Contextual I found myself a little melancholic in a few days, wanting to do something creative but that did not take too much work, something that came from the heart that was elegant but that did not cost a lot of money and then looking for a book to read I found a flower that I had pressed in that book that has a very special meaning for me and there I remembered the technique of pressing flowers however what I did not know was How to maintain the color I got into social networks I looked for tutorials and there I learned to maintain the color without painting the flower the leaf etc. ethera Here I show you how I made pressing for the pressing I simply put leaves, flowers, seeds, etc. in very heavy books, And I forgot about that for 15 days, some flowers and leaves take more time than others, you have to be very careful because some become too transparent. I don't really like to work with those that are so delicate. However, if you do like it, because honestly the result is very elegant, very delicate, you can use an eyebrow tweezer and with that you can take it carefully. The truth is that after less than 15 days I already had several dry patches.

I went to some neighbors to ask them mostly for flowers and as good Venezuelans they asked me why what project I had in mind I told them and To my surprise they are experts on the subject apparently it is something that has been done for generations And lately I have been discovering that it is They can make beautiful things like stamps, stickers, etc.

Personally, I love working with natural products, but I don't like destroying nature in the process, so I ended up working with a neighbor who was pruning all the trees in his house and I brought these red branches that you can see here and other plants that I already had in my own garden and that I already had businesses. If you search the internet, complicated dams will appear to you that you have to do.

Okay, once you see my little flowers and leaves taken, I made a composition, which is very important because if we don't do it beforehand, if we don't have a clear image in our heads, we can break or waste a plant that suddenly we don't have a replacement at the moment, so I recommend that you take the task of Flowers and leaves and taking time or a day for a few hours to dedicate time to selecting the leaves and putting them to dry in a book, then separate the flowers in another book, the different types of flowers and so on the internet you will see people who dedicate themselves to this for many, many, many types of decoration and they have huge quantities of the same flower already pressed or of the same leaf already pressed So this is a honestly simple labor of love, it's not as complicated as I'm telling here, what happens is that the experience was really relaxing.

For the rest, what I did was take a frame that had no photographs and there, and I cleaned it very well, I removed the paper that the frame attached to (usually they bring a photograph or to give an idea of what to do with the frame) and For the rest I gave it three coats of acrylic paint but they can use any type of paint they have any type for children's walls it doesn't matter later and I organized my leaves and my flowers in the way I had organized them in my head and they are from a small drawing a modboard as a moodboard and very carefully I glued them using white school glue.

Tips Some people substitute white glue for hairspray or gelatin, this is also done to preserve the color. I don't really like the idea. For example, gelatin since it provides unnecessary moisture, however, depending on the type of flower and the type of leaf is very beautiful and preserves the color this is mostly used when the painting is not going to be framed for what I was able to investigate in my case I help to mark my painting and I know that no environment is going to neither alter the color nor will anyone touch it. It will not get dirty nor will grease or dust fall on it.
