Hi my beautiful people in this community. I've come with my first val craft ideas to give to my friend . Indeed the red ❤️ heart has become the valentine symbol. It Means to me that the person I love is so dear to my heart no matter how little or cheap my gift is , it's really coming from the depth of my heart. This gift is to the person I love, she is so dear to me, so I made this wall decor for her. Let me show you the procedures.
The materials I used;
Re circled Cardboard papers,red Cotton t shirt .
- Needle
Scissors
*Thread
Yarn
Ruler
Soft leather*
Pencil
First, I started by Cutting out 3x4cm cardboard paper to form a heart-shaped pattern and I used the pattern to cut out 6pieces of the red material into 5 places like this;
Then I started my needle work by gathering 6 pieces of each heart-shaped design and sew it in the middle of each 6 pieces of the design until I completed sewing the five set of the 3x4cm heart-shaped design 6pieces into five sets.like this;
I repeated the process with a 6x7cm cut out heart pattern, this time it was 5 pieces of the red cotton material into 15 sets. Then I completed the sewing.
I cut out 5 yarn ,I started putting the one yarn end in the middle of the sewn heart design and sew the yarn to the heart design.
Lastly, I cut out a circle pattern using a cardboard paper, then I place the pattern on the soft leather and cut out the leather in a circular pattern, I used the leather pattern to to cut out the red material in two circular shape and sew together leaving a small space where I can fix the leather into the sewn material like these;
I Pierced 5 holes in the circular red pattern with the use of a screw driver and put the yarn through the holes then tied the yarn top leaving a small space for hanging it.
