Three days without Water but still Alive

in #hive-1406352 years ago
These past two days, the weather suddenly got colder and the wind blew stronger. I was worried about my plants, but thankfully, they are all fine and healthy. The only exception is one tomato branch that fell, but thankfully, it didn't break.

By my count, I hadn't watered my plants for almost three days due to the cold weather. If I were to water them despite the cold weather, their roots might rot.

The first pictures below show that the Bitter Gourd and Pumpkin plants are already big and healthy. Every day, before I leave the house, I take a look at them to ensure that the branches and fruits haven't been damaged.

In my estimation, it will be about a month before this single pumpkin is ready to be harvested. However, some other pumpkins are already quite large, though not as big as this one.

The Bitter Gourd plants have many fruits and are also large. However, some of their branches have been damaged due to the strong wind and cold temperatures affecting their leaves.

These are the fruits of my tomato plants. Although there are many of them, I have only shared one picture. Despite being green, these fruits are sweet and crunchy when bitten!

Below the picture of the tomato, there is a picture of a flowering plant, which is the Chayote. This plant continues to bloom, and its branches continue to grow. As I mentioned in my previous blogs, the growth and branching of this plant have slowed down due to my pet rabbits eating some of its branches and leaves.

Currently, I'm in the process of fixing a new house for my rabbits. I've decided to deepen the hole in the ground a little, and the wall below will be made of ceramics that I obtained from a warehouse located outside of our neighborhood.

I also purchased a steel fence last month to reinforce the walls and top of the rabbit's cage. This will ensure that they can't find a way to escape.

the pumpkin is already beginning to take on its ripening color, I hope the weather improves so that your plants do not lose their health

Thank you so much... This morning I saw that there were three medium-sized pumpkins on the side. I have to hide it and it's dangerous for people with hot eyes!
