In addressing this week's ZAPFIC50 Monday challenge with the prompt "threat", I'm reminded about situations that bring forth embarrassment to individuals. Not the usual meaning of the word that mean peril or harm to another, my story involves tact or the lack of when dealing with individuals and their feelings and emotions. Often times when we information is shared and requested not to be repeated, doing so against the sharer's wishes can be devastating. I share with you my story based on my thoughts. This new challenge by @felt-buzz is formatted in the scope of exactly 50 words.
My story is below:
"Anyone else needing divorce personal time, respect the year-end request deadline."
On the zoom meeting, Linda sat fuming at their supervisor's tactlessness. With clenched jaws, she choked backed words that would change her employment status.
Uneasy laughter broke out.
How dare he repeat a private conversation! She threatened swift retaliation.

No se trata del significado habitual de la palabra que significa peligro o daño a otro, mi historia tiene que ver con el tacto o la falta de él cuando se trata con personas y sus sentimientos y emociones.
