Confused On An Unimaginable Level | A Mixed Media Art Project

Sometimes it feels as though no matter what you do or how you go about it, a situation will fail to turn out successfully. That's how I've been feeling the past few months. I've noticed it in my mixed media art projects the tendency to turn inward and pour out the dark and dramatic.

I share with you another project I recently completed. Those eyes are mine as I try to figure out what the heck is going on and how can I snap out of it!

I love mixing mixed media art images. I feel the results are fascinating in the variety of ways the scenes can be portrayed. From light to dark and everything in between, I've discovered content is similar and blend well together.

In this project, I decided to utilize a stable diffusion image from one of the programs I use, StarryAI to represent a man's face. For the landscape, I used a generative art image from Nvidia Gaugan.

I also include two important pure fractals that added texture to the scene.

To blend the images, I uploaded all into Canva, my design program. Below are my procedures.

To a blank, white canvas, I added my generative art purple landscape image.

Changed canvas color to black. Resized purple landscape to fit entire screen.

Added my Added my fractal titled "Honeycomb".

Removed background and resized it to cover three-fourths of screen.

Added my fractal titled "Confused6".

Duplicated and repositioned my fractal in various locations on the screen so as to exhibit a confused state of mind.

Added the stable diffusion man's face.

Removed the background and colorized the face. Repositioned and resized it. Completed the project.
