Well, today Ema and I will share a simple snack recipe that is suitable to accompany your weekend. Snacks are made using processed tofu and also several other ingredients that are very easy for you to find around the house. In just a few minutes you can make your snacks this weekend. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make tofu nuggets are very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are carrots, wheat flour, tapioca flour, tofu, eggs, seasonings, onions and salt. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is to prepare a good carrot and you have washed it, then cut the carrot into small pieces like the photo above.
The second step, after you have finished cutting the carrots to completion, then prepare 5 shallots and slice all the shallots until finished.
The third step, after you have sliced all the onions, then prepare a frying pan, put a little oil and put all the onions. Then, fry the onion until the color of the onion turns brown.
The fourth step, after you have fried the shallots, the next thing you have to do is prepare a blender and put 500 grams of tofu into the blender. Then, blend the tofu until the tofu is really smooth.
The fifth step, after the tofu has been blended until completely smooth, then add all the carrots that you have cut before and blend until the carrots are smooth like the photo above.
The sixth step, after you have blended the carrots until smooth, then all you have to do is prepare a place, put all the tofu that you blended before, add 6 tablespoons of wheat flour, 5 tablespoons of tapioca flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon seasoning and all the fried onions. Then, stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Seventh step, after you have mixed everything thoroughly, then 1 egg and optionally a little curry powder. Then, stir again until well blended and it becomes a dough like the photo above.
The eighth step, after the eggs have been stirred until well mixed, now put all the dough into a baking sheet that has been smeared with oil and then steam the nugget dough for about 20 minutes. Don't forget to preheat the steamer for just a few minutes.
Ninth step, after the tofu nugget mixture has been steamed, then remove the tofu nuggers from the pan and cut the tofu nuggets according to your wishes. Usually tofu nuggets are in the form of squares.
The tenth step, after you have finished cutting the tofu nuggets, then prepare a solution of flour and panir flour. Then, dip the tofu nuggets into the flour solution and then coat with the breadcrumbs. Repeat until everything is done.
The final step, after everything is done, then fry all the tofu nuggets until all sides are brownish in color using only medium heat.
And finally, you can serve nugget tofu snacks for your family or friends. This snack is very suitable eaten with chili sauce and cayenne pepper to make it spicier. What do you think ?
