Hi @build-it community, I bought a little house, and I immediately started thinking about what I wanted to do with it. I already knew this house and decided to call it "micabañaconwifi", and in this way and with the help of pinterest I went looking for ideas specifically recycling but there was one idea in particular that I love and at the same time left me tired and sore for a week was my wall I did everything I could by recycling old books and using their leaves to create a wallpaper something different and the end result was much better than I expected but as I said it left me tired and sore. for a week!
Here's the video of how I did it:_
. Materials:
. Old books .
. White school glue (I used white wood glue diluted in water) also works with cold and/or hot silicone.
This is the blessed wall that was driving me crazy and I wanted to cover it up!
The first thing I did was to sit down and write down my ideas and what resources I had. There I realized that I preferred a wall with sheets of a single color and from the same book. I didn't use dictionaries that my family was going to throw away!
I decided to tear off the leaves by hand for a more rustic look.
The rest was to make sure I followed a pattern. It can be any pattern you like, you can use colored sheets, different styles While my friend and I were doing this, the emotion blinded me to perfectionism and we ended up doing what you see but regardless of the details I love my wall well until I come up with another idea and decide to do something different on the wall, by doing this type of crafts with old or recyclable things we can give shape and uses to objects that will possibly end up in the garbage and very likely pollute the environment I have already made several crafts using old things that I recycle there are thousands of ideas that you can use to make crafts and even better if you recycle that way not only do we create a hobby by making crafts with recyclable things we also help the environment, I have seen from houses built with bottles or cans to pieces of art created only with waste found thrown in the street The trash.
Crafts are not only to do with things bought in the case of my wall, I only spent on a glue the rest was from recycled books and it is a very relaxing and stimulating activity since it helps your brain invent or create art and your body to move and go on a scavenger hunt while looking through the trash or one thing one person's trash is another person's treasure and you never know what key of treasures you might find lying in the trash.
