Greetings dear community, I hope you are having a Merry Christmas, this year my sister @mayoly1 commissioned me to represent the birth of Jesus in Crochet, but due to my occupations I had not had time to do it, every time I started knitting I had to go out to fulfill other domestic responsibilities, so it took me longer than it should, however, I talked to my sister and told her that I couldn't have it ready before the 25th, it was finally today the 28th that I was able to fulfill the commission.
However, my mom @yole was delighted when she saw the result of the amigurumis so I think she will keep it and I will have to make new figures for my sister, I still don't know who will win the first ones 😄. I made these figures with 1mm acrylic thread and 1.25mm crochet hook, so I was able to include different small details.
After completing the three figures I considered that they were missing something to make them look better, so I decided to make them a mat of colors between orange and ocher to represent the arid environment of the Middle East. I think that in general I achieved what I expected, my favorite part was making José's beard 🥰
It is true that I did not finish on time, but these are my last amigurumis of the year and I think it has been a great year of a lot of needlework, soon I will share my summary of the year in #needleworkmonday so I look forward to seeing you in my next post before end the year. Did you like this Crochet Nativity? 🤗🥰
