Saludos comunidad, el día de hoy quiero contarles un bonita experiencia que tuve el día de ayer, navegando por internet me encontré hermosas creaciones tejidas a macramé con la técnica de patrones alpha, me pareció asombroso como logran hacer figuras tan definidas con macramé, entonces me sentí entusiasmada y decidí intentarlo con el logo de Hive basándome en el mismo patrón que hice hacer un tiempo para tejer en dos agujas y tejer a crochet con la técnica filet pero con algunas modificaciones, pensé que no sería muy difícil hacer una pulsera pero terminó siendo un llavero.
Greetings community, today I want to tell you about a beautiful experience that I had yesterday, browsing the internet I found beautiful creations woven with macramé with the alpha pattern technique, it seemed amazing to me how they manage to make such defined figures with macramé, then I I was excited and decided to give it a try with the Hive logo based on the same pattern that I did a while to knit on two needles and crochet with the filet technique but with some modifications, I thought it would not be very difficult to make a bracelet but it ended up being a key chain.
Ayer empecé a buscar mis materiales, no tengo hilo encerado que es el ideal para tejer muchas cosas en macramé, sin embargo, me di cuenta que se puede hacer con hilo acrílico para crochet, con la diferencia que a este no se le pueden quemar las puntas, como los hilos quedarían por detrás no vi problema, cuando busqué una tabla sujetadora me di cuenta esta estaba guardada hace tanto tiempo que el gancho sujetador está un poco oxidado, comencé a recordar y creo que tenía allí unos 9 años, recuerdo que la trajo un amigo a casa para que yo aprendiera a hacer pulseras, pero después de hacer un par de estas lo abandoné y no continué haciéndolo entre otras cosas por mis responsabilidades estudiantiles, el único inconveniente con la tabla que tuve fue que por usar hilo blanco este se ensució un poquito pero la lavé y se solucionó.
Yesterday I started looking for my materials, I do not have waxed thread which is ideal for weaving many things in macramé, however, I realized that it can be done with acrylic thread for crochet, with the difference that this thread cannot be burned tips, as the threads would be left behind I did not see a problem, when I looked for a fastening board I realized it had been stored for so long that the fastener hook is a bit rusty, I began to remember and I think it was there for about 9 years, I remember that the He brought a friend home so that I could learn to make bracelets, but after making a couple of these I abandoned him and did not continue doing it among other things because of my student responsibilities, the only problem with the table I had was that because I used white thread this It got a little dirty but I washed it and it solved.
El patrón que diseñé tiene como base 13 hilos (representados por 13 cuadritos y se lee de forma vertical), para ello corté 7 hilos de 48 centímetros, tejí una pequeña trenza con estos en el centro , luego lo doble y sujeté con la tabla, es decir esto me daría 14 hilos, 13 para los hilos de base y el que sobró lo usé como primer hilo que envuelve, es decir el hilo anudador, cuando los hilos anudadores se acaban no ha problema en seguir agregando hilos anudadores, además por ser primera vez no podría decir que tan largos deben ser los hilo anudadores, a medida que el trabajo avanza no es cómodo usar hebras tan largas por eso es preferible añadir una hebra nueva cada vez que se acaba la anterior, igualmente pasa con la hebra de color rojo que se agrega cuando comienza el dibujo y se va cruzando por detrás.
The pattern that I designed is based on 13 threads (represented by 13 squares and is read vertically), for this I cut 7 threads of 48 centimeters, I wove a small braid with these in the center, then doubled it and held it with the board, That is to say, this would give me 14 threads, 13 for the base threads and the one that was left over I used as the first wrapping thread, that is, the knotting thread, when the knotting threads are finished there is no problem in continuing to add knotting threads, in addition to being first time I could not say how long the knotting thread should be, as the work progresses it is not comfortable to use such long threads so it is preferable to add a new thread each time the previous one is finished, the same happens with the colored thread red that is added when the drawing begins and is crossed from behind.
Al principio mis nudos no eran perfectos, pero a medida que fue avanzando ya mis manos empezaron a familiarizarse con el movimiento, por esto notaran que al principio se ve más ancho ya que al tomar la práctica comencé también a apretar un poco más los nudos, es por ello que desistí de la idea de hacer una pulsera y terminé haciendo un llavero, para otra ocasión haré la pulsera con el ancho igual debido a la mejoría de mi aprendizaje.
At first my knots were not perfect, but as I progressed my hands began to become familiar with the movement, so you will notice that at first it looks wider since when I took practice I also began to tighten the knots a little more, That is why I gave up the idea of making a bracelet and ended up making a keychain, for another time I will make the bracelet with the same width due to the improvement in my learning.
Una vez que terminé con los nudos, dividí los hilos base y tejí con ellos dos trenzas, para mejorar el aspecto posterior donde se ven los hilos cruzados cosí un rectángulo de tela POP no tejido, que sirve en algunas ocasiones por como entretela, esto le dio un buen acabado al llavero, lo último que hice fue agregar el pin de metal.
Once I finished with the knots, I divided the base threads and wove two braids with them, to improve the later appearance where the crossed threads are seen I sewed a rectangle of non-woven POP fabric, which sometimes serves as an interlining, this will gave the keychain a nice finish, the last thing I did was add the metal pin.
