Offgrid Living - Caught My Dinner - Big Island Hawaii

I caught this nice sized Moana which was the perfect size for my dinner.

I baked it on the grill. I wrapped it in foil and coated it with mayonnaise, garlic salt, pepper, and cilantro.

I ate it with white rice and some vegetables.

It was delicious.
