For today I bring you an inexpensive and easy gift to express love to your special someone. In my case I wanted to make it for my mom. Mothers are a treasure that God has given us, they take care of us since we are born and until her last breath we are her treasures. My mother is not so young anymore, she is 69 years old and just thinking that she could leave someday gives me a lump in my throat. That is why I try to make the days we are together precious, and she feels loved. I thank God because we are very close friends, we have lived through very painful moments, but other very happy ones, and love and union have prevailed.
I thought of wishing her a happy day and recharge her spirits, so I looked for what I had at home and put together this beautiful gift, which she loved.
I have already told you that I love details, and when I have the opportunity to buy items to give as gifts, I do it, so I had at home a nice mug with a message, little cards with Bible verses and the rest I created to complete the gift.
I also want to tell you that in the middle of making the gift an accident happened, the metallic balloon I had selected exploded. It turns out that I had repaired that balloon because it had a hole in it and since it had worked before, I did it, but this time it simply exploded. Thank God I had another balloon at home that replaced it and I think it looked better than the other one.

Para hoy les traigo un económico y fácil regalo para expresar amor a su persona especial. En mi caso quise hacerlo para mi mamá. Las madres son un tesoro que Dios nos ha dado, ellas nos cuidan desde que nacemos y hasta su último aliento somos sus tesoros. Mi madre ya no es tan jovencita tiene 69 años y nada más de pensar que pueda parti algún día se me hace un nudo en la garganta. Es por ello que trato de que los días que estemos juntas sean valiosos, y ella se sienta amada. Doy gracias a Dios porque somos amigas muy unidas, hemos vivido momentos muy dolorosos, pero otros muy alegres y ha prevalecido el amor y la unión.
Pensaba en desearle un feliz día y recargar su ánimo, así que busqué lo que tenía en casa y arme este hermoso regalo, que le encantó.
Ya les he dicho que me encantan los detalles, y cuando tengo oportunidad de comprar objetos que sirvan para regalar lo hago, así, pues, tenía en casa una linda taza con mensaje, tarjetitas con versículos bíblicos y lo demás lo cree para completar el regalo.
También quiero contarles que en medio de la elaboración del regalo ocurrió un accidente, el globo metálico que había seleccionado explotó. Resulta que había reparado ese globo porque tenía un agujero y como ya había funcionado antes, lo hice, pero esta vez simplemente explotó. Gracias a Dios tenía otro globo en casa que lo sustituyó y creo que quedó mejor que el otro.

ELABORATION
To start I made the tissue paper flowers combining the colors, I glued to the balloon with hot silicone a message that I made in the blackboard technique (experts in balloons and arrangements recommend low temperature silicone dispensers, but as I don't have that one I just heat it enough and then unplug it for a while to use it) and glued to the cup the straws one in front of the other making a base for the balloon. The good thing about hot silicone is that it comes off easily from surfaces such as glass and can then be used without a problem.
ELABORACIÓN
Para empezar hice las florecitas de papel de seda combinando los colores, pegué al globo con silicón caliente un mensaje que hice en la técnica pizarra (los expertos en globos y arreglos recomiendan dispensadores de silicón de baja temperatura, pero como yo no tengo esa lo que hago es calentarla suficiente y luego desenchufarla un rato para usarla) y pegué a la taza los pitillos uno al frente del otro haciendo una base para el globo. Lo bueno del silicón caliente es que se desprende fácilmente de superficies como el vidrio y luego podrá ser usada sin problema.
Fue después de este paso que me di cuenta que el globo se había explotado por donde tenía el agujero.

Finalmente obtuve el lindo regalo para mi mamá y la sorprendí en el desayuno. Le gustó mucho y me dio un fuerte abrazo. (no dejó que le tomase foto porque no estaba apta o eso me dijo, para mí estaba hermosa).
Por ahora me despido hasta una próxima creación. Dios les bendiga.
