Today, i'm gonna give u a cooking recipe. This is a simple soup recipe. I've cooked a Tuffacelli soup. Well, i know u probably think this soup's name is kinda weird. Yep, i gave that silly name for this soup. Sounds weird, but it's based on the main ingredients. They're tofu, luffa, and vermicelli.
In fact, this soup is common dish in my village, and many people make it. But i never know the actual name of this soup. Seriously, should i call it "The tofu and luffa soup with vermicelli"? I think that name is too long. Lmao. So i simplified it to "Tuffacelli soup". Yeah, a simple name for a simple soup.
Okay, i don't wanna make u tired to read my writing, so... Let's go straight to the recipe!
- 2 luffas
- A tofu
- 50 grams of vermicelli
- 3 garlics
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of broth powder
- ½ tsp of pepper
- 5 glasses of water
- Fried onions (additional)
Firstly, prepare a cutting board. Then put the luffas on it.
Peel the rough skin from the luffas and wash them.
Cut them into pieces.
Then, place the tofu on the cutting board.
Cut into small cubes.
Wash the garlics, and put them on the cutting board.
Cut them into small pieces.
After that, prepare a pan on the stove. Fill it with water and boil it.
Then add luffas, vermicelli, garlics, with salt, broth powder, and pepper.
Stir well and cook for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, add tofu and stir well.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Well, it seems ripe now. Take the soup from the pan and pour it into the bowl.
Serve with fried onions and the Tuffacelli soup is ready!
