My newest granddaughter will need some dresses after she's born this summer, so here's a good start.
The "starry night" fabric is done with short puff sleeves trimmed in baby rickrack. A tiny peter pan collar tops it off.
The cow fabric is done with a vintage pattern for a baby slip. I used my snap attachment tool for an easy finish at the shoulders. The ruffle was gathered with a special presser foot on the sewing machine, then attached to the hem with a zigzag stitch.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing these projects as I so enjoyed making them. I still have lots of fabric left, so this is just the beginning.
