Life is becoming more difficult as the days goes by and many are being kicked out of their jobs because of they lack things to offer the establishment in terms of suggestions, innovative ideas as well as ways in which the company will use in solving their day to fall challenges.
It's my believe that nobody is born stupid, but people come to accept stupidity for not exhibiting their God given abilities.
It's been proven that from the day of birth to the day a man will die, he can only utilize 10% of his or her potentials. Even with the small 10%, people are still said to be worthless.
It should be noted that a company that's redundant will only layoff those employees that don't create values to the company. This means that you have to use your head in all facets of life.
When I say be creative, I didn't say you should read all the motivational books and quotes. All what I mean here is for you to think beyond the box. Man naturally has a way of shying away from taking responsibility for their actions.
Thinking outside the box is very important if anyone wants things to become better for them. Sometimes, I see what people create and I asked myself if they're from another planet.
How to become creative?
