Hoy les mostrarè un detalle quee hicimos como recuerdo para màma por el dìa de las madres. Yo no tenìa idea de lo que podrìa animar a hacer a mis estudiantes, pero vi un video haciendo un tubito dispensador de bolsa y quise intentar hacerlo tambièn.
Today I'm going to show you a little something we made as a souvenir for mom for Mother's Day. I had no idea what I could encourage my students to do, but I saw a video making a little bag dispenser tube and I wanted to try to make it too.
Normalmente evito hacer estas manualidades porque requieren de mucho tiempo, y entre las clases, las extra acadèmicas y los requerimientos en otras àreas, ni alos niños ni a mi nos dà mucho tiempo de trabajar, pero aùn asì lo intentamos.
I usually avoid doing these crafts because they require a lot of time, and between classes, extracurriculars, and requirements in other areas, neither the kids nor I have a lot of time to work, but we still try.
Sin embargo debo aclarar que lo intente de todo corazòn, pero el primer dìa de trabajo, aquellos que utilizaron pintura hicieron un pequeño desastre en el piso y sus camisas, por suerte les habìa solicitado que trajeran puesta ropa vieja para poder mancharla, y como que lo tomaron en serio, porque lejos de ir a lavarse las manos se limpiaban directamente de la camisa.😵 Ese dìa tuve que limpiar y coletear el piso antes que llegara la señora de limpiesa.
However I must clarify that I tried with all my heart, but the first day of work, those who used paint made a little mess on the floor and their shirts, luckily I had asked them to bring old clothes so they could stain it, and they kind of took it seriously, because far from going to wash their hands they cleaned directly from the shirt.😵 That day I had to clean and scrub the floor before the cleaning lady arrived.
En fin, les dirè los materiales que utilice:
Un pote grande de Pringle (sin las papas)
Silicòn lìquido y en barra.
Cartulinas, foamis, tijeras.
Anyway, I will tell you the materials I used:
A large pot of Pringle (without the potatoes).
Silicone stick and liquid silicone.
Cardboard, foamis, scissors.
Lo primero que hice fue abrir con la tijera un hueco en un costado del cilindro pero en la parte de abajo, asì como una cuebita de ratòn.
The first thing I did was to open with the scissors a hole in the side of the cylinder but at the bottom, like a mouse hole.
Luego escogì la cartulina o foami con el que forrarìa el cilindro, al cual le echè pega y luego cubrì.
Then I chose the cardboard or foami with which I would line the cylinder, which I glued and then covered.
Una vez cubierto hice unos cortes en las partes sobrantes del borde superior y doblè para pegar hacia adentro.
De igual forma hice los cortes en la parte que abrì y peguè hacia adentro el material con lo que forrè el cilindro.
Once covered I made some cuts in the excess parts of the upper edge and folded to glue inside.
In the same way I made the cuts in the part that I opened and glued the material to the inside of the cylinder.
Al forrar, elaborè detalles sencillos para pegar en toda la superficie, en este caso por falta de tiempo hice corazònes que era lo màs ràpido para hacer, luego adornè el pote, y listo. Si a alguièn se le ocurre hacer este tipo de trabajos les recomiendo hacerlo con tiempo para planificar adornos màs bonitos.
When lining, I made simple details to glue all over the surface, in this case due to lack of time I made hearts which was the fastest thing to do, then I decorated the pot, and that was it. If someone thinks of doing this kind of work I recommend to do it with time to plan more beautiful decorations.
Sabiendo la decoraciòn de cada mamà, se hubiesen podido hacer diferentes adornos (vaquitas, paisajes, nubes, abstractos) en fin , espero que les haya gustado el trabajo que hice.
Knowing the decoration of each mom, you could have made different decorations (cowries, landscapes, clouds, abstracts) anyway, I hope you liked the work I did.
