This is my participation in the HIVE-PH BLOGGING CONTEST FOR JUNE
And this is the question I have chosen to answer.
What is it about identifying as a Filipino on Hive that makes it worthwhile?
I AM PROUD TO IDENTIFY AS GOD-FEARING FILIPINO because by being identified as Filipino is also the opportunity to promote the good values we Filipino practiced in our life routines and to influence others of our being God fearing too. Our love for independence is rooted with love and not to abuse, that we always want peace and freedom, to show how friendly we Filipinos are. And I would also be an example of a respectful Filipino.
MY HANDWORKS COLLECTIONS! I SHOW MY LOVE FOR GOD BY DOING NATURE-INSPIRED DIY AND PAINTINGS.❤️❤️❤️
All of us have things that for us are very important and very close to our hearts that are becoming part of our life.
All of us have our way of showing our love for our family, our friends, our loved ones, and most of all GOD.
At an early age I was exposed to DIY artworks and paintings done by my Mama @aimharryianne you can see it THERE and in this POST in her post.
And like what I have said in my INTRODUCTION POST about my talents and skills, DIY (DO-IT-YOURSELF) things is one of them. And these things are made from different materials like recycled things that can be reused. I also use my painting skill on doing this. I have some collections of these here. I started doing it in elementary school. And my Water Color is my rescuer 😇🤗.
And if you will observe, most of my designs are nature-inspired. Why? Because I always see God in everything He created. I associate Nature with God. And because I always see God in everything I have paintings of Bible verses. I feel inspired and feel so much love when the theme of my artwork is about God.
At an early age, I ALREADY read the Bible New Testament from cover to cover. I never memorized it, but I know how to live it.
NOTE:I want to take this chance to all of you asking what "PO" is. 🤣 Mama @aimharryianne raised me with good manners and right conduct, with good values and education. As Filipinos, we use that word as our respectful response to show respect to others most especially to elders. But in this post, I didn't use the "PO" to show my respect for the rules of this community not to use multi-language. But I am pointing it out here, and I know God sees my heart and mind and that is what matters to me because living God's words is best and there is also the Bible verse to follow and respect the leaders in our land and here I didn't use "PO" to follow God's command and to show respect is also to follow the rules. 🙏🤣😁
Back to my topic😁🤣
Most of my projects submitted in school are all about Nature and God.
This one is a Paper Bag I cut images from magazines and used ribbons we need to show care for nature and recycling is the way.
I painted my works using watercolor. I always have watercolor for my painting projects this is my partner in doing them.
I feel so happy and everything is so easy to do when I am inspired by what I am doing. ❤️🤗
You can see some of my collection of DIY things. There you can see the Christmas Tree made up of dried branches of a tree. I wrapped it with used papers and excess materials from my other projects and old Christmas Balls. I also made a sleeping schedule there and made it by pasting old colorful letters and elements from old books. And painted words of God. There's a lot more than I already submitted in school.
I also made a DIY Nature -inspired Lampshade using recycled materials, that is how I love Nature and How I love GOD!😍❤️🤗 You can check it in THERE
I entered the Hive not only to earn money, but because I want to enhance my skills and inspire other people here, especially the youths and parents. Also, in helping other people there is no age bracket. I want others to get inspired and share my simple talents in my simple ways. I want them to get closer to God, I want them to learn to Love God and be their guide. Like what I am doing I show my love for God by loving Nature.❤️
IF I AM GOING TO SEARCH FOR A NEW FRIEND. I will choose the one with the quality of GOD😁 STILL God, Nobody can replace my love for God God is always there in many forms. So this is another way to show my love for Him because God will never leave me at all times. As a child I committed innocent mistakes🤣 but God stayed with me. Whenever I pray He always grants it. So why do I need to look for another if God is with me? Like my Mama who is irreplaceable. Same with God. My Mama is a person who is so humble, kind, multi-talented, and funny too.🤣 She will never betray me, or hurt me. And always there for me, someone I can lean on anytime, especially when I am sad or have an assignment 😉🤣. A friend that will make me laugh and share my secrets 🤣(when I overuse my phone). A friend that will do anything to boost my confidence. Like God that I can pray anytime, same with a friend that I can talk to anytime when I am bored🤣😁, just kidding. Same with my hobbies and habits. Of course, it's hard to be with someone opposite of your like and hobbies😁🤣. I like to eat so the person should also need to like to eat🤣😁. In my introduction, I also mention I like photography so the person should also like taking pictures. In subjects I like Math and Social Studies the person also needs to like Math and Social Studies too, so I can ask him anytime I don't know the answer🤣😉😇😁. In short, I want a person with the same hobbies and habits as my Mama. 😁 Because Mama and I have the same hobbies and habits.😁❤️.
And like what I always said and of my Mama too. I also like a God-fearing person like me. 🤗 Yes! I am a God-fearing person, and I LOVE GOD VERY MUCH❤️, so to show him, my love by having people that also love him.
I can see myself as a servant of God in many ways. I might become an architect or a designer using Nature-inspired designs. I might also live in his church and be a preacher to teach the words of God😁. I always say I also surrender my life to God, God owns me and I am willing to do everything for Him. So whatever I do in the future it's all about Him and offered to Him because I accept him in my life.
I will never be ashamed to shout to the whole world that I am a Filipino, my Love for God and tell them how good he is. I already experience so many things from the love of God for me, guiding me in the good life, simple but clean and righteous. I am not boosting my ego, I am only telling the truth. So now I am shouting and singing to the world my Love for God "I LOVE YOU GOD AND I AM A FILIPINO AND ACCEPTING YOU IN MY LIFE❤️".
These are the things to show that I am a GOD-FEARING FILIPINO AND I LOVE GOD!
