Hope is everybody lives happy and prosperously.
Farmer's life is not easy but fun especially if this is your passion. The happiest day of the farmer is the day of harvest especially if you see that there is a lot to harvest. Sometimes the harvest is just right for what was spent and sometimes it also loses depending on the weather but there is a time when the harvest is really abundant. Everyday farming and crop care is a challenge. Do you know why? Because trying to grow really well at the very beginning of farming so that somehow there will be a harvest soon. So we didn't waste our time, effort and care but we accept if we loss. Just like our mongo on the small garden, there is not too much and the harvest is not too small but there is no loss. Today guys I will share with you how to the harvest of our mongo. My mom asks our neighbors, relatives and anyone who wants to help with the harvest can help.
So we started picking all the ripe mongo fruits.
And to add to your knowledge, the mongo is not harvested just once. As long as the mongo bears fruit the reaper will reap.
After we picked all the ripe mongo, we immediately dried it in the sun.
The next day we step on the mongo to crush the mongo's skin and make it easy to clean.
And expose to air to fly small crushed skin by using nigo basket.
Nigo basket is very useful to us as a farmer especially in harvesting to clean the product.
And this is the product of mongo.
We harvested 13 kilos mongo and we still had some left in the sun to
dry and there was more to harvest.
And everyone who helped us in the harvest was given a share.
