For you that follow see that this is a vase I made in similar design with other bottles before in gold for myself.
After it was done and displayed on my kitchen table my mum can around and said she loved it and would like a silver one.
No problem for me but I had to collect and gather new bottles. This is something you can do with things you have at home or go to the thrift store.
This time of you look close I even used a
Orangina glass belly bottle. I also used a mini bar bottle of gin. Did you see and recognize it in the picture? Again the shapes are everywhere and the bottles must be small and big , high and low all mixed at one plate.
You need an under plate , glue and a spray can with paint in the desired colour.
This time silver and last tim for myself gold. Some cardboard and a place where you can spray and can let it stand there to dry.
Than it’s easy and fast. I always wash the bottles and make sure no letters or texts remian on the glass.
Than o put them outside and start spraying ( see the pictures )
After that, let it dry for 10 minutes and glue them to the under plate that is glass aswell and also spray painted.
Than buy some flowers and decorate the vases to your liking. I bought roses because she likes that very much.
Ofcourse you can also use fake flowers so it is cheaper. It’s all up to you.
I loved the outcome. I have the idea to do a new one for coming Christmas with pine branches and some little lights as a centrepiece for the table.

Total time spent on the project ~ 30
Minutes total including the waiting till the paint was dry.
Total amount spent on the diy project vase is 7 euros and in the spray can is 90% pau t left for other projects or repairs.
