I was invited to participate in a very interesting project The Helix Zine, which excited me as soon as I heard what it was about. The idea of the project is about receiving a photo of another artist, anonymously, and at the same time sending a photo of my own that will also be sent anonymously to another artist. We were a total of 5 artists. So I sent and received a photo. From the received photo I had to write about what I felt and saw in it and also make a photo inspired by all that.

The text about my work:
I kept imagining what was happening above, that is, in the part of the body that could not be seen, and a photo very similar to the one I finally took came to my mind. Being on the floor, in the dark, I felt that the torso was looking up, asking questions up high and rising towards the answers, almost flying.
After doing a work, the feeling is enthusiasm and inspiration, each work feeds and inspires the next, a new work is always something that is unhidden. They are new treasures discovered and I want to continue browsing and discovering new and deeper jewels.

So I had to be inspired by this photo to make my work.

Knees touching the floor, surrendered to the darkness, spitting questions into an empty corner. Is anyone there? Thoughts, like sheep grazing, every day. Doubts, anxieties, guilt, confusion, good and bad, light and dark. A human being in a room, questioning everything. Who asks the questions? And who answers them?

And this is the image that Roman Drits made inspired by my photo. I'm totally in love with this! He is one of the best photographers in the nft community in my opinion. And I must add Damla and Lina who are the two photographers behind this project.
