Hello friends, good night and see you again in this post. Alright friends, on this occasion I will post my activities in the field of work, namely in the field of painting a panther pick up car in 2017. Alright friends, I wish you a happy new year, I hope in this new year we can carry out activities as usual and also in this new year I hope we will be more victorious and more successful always and given health for all time, good friends, this time I got an order from a friend namely painting a panther pick up car, originally this panther was a box, then changed it to be a complete pick-up, this car is a former company that was bought by a car dealer and then converted into a complete pickup, originally it was yellow, actually we changed it to super black. Alright, I want to try this, I want to share my experience with the whole community wherever you are so you can practice how to do it, namely how to paint cars, if we want to learn this job, everything is easy for us to do, the important thing is we have to really understand the situation or condition. what is the shape of the car And I don't get tired of sharing my experiences, which I have got. and I try to share experiences so that there are benefits for many people...
All right, as for the methods or understanding in the field of painting, that is, at first we sanded the old paint surface with sandpaper number 350. Because this car is not too bad, we just change the color from yellow to super black, besides this car is still original and super cans, so it's not complicated, but we sand the surface of the old paint for us to do the epoxy stage. In the beginning, we sanded the surface of the old paint until it faded and the method of sanding had to be even so that traces of oil or other traces were completely clean, so when we did the epoxy painting it didn't cause curls or other spots. We sand it with number 350, after it is completely clean or the color has really faded then we clean it using gasoline or pertalite, so that all the dust that sticks to it is all gone and clean. And don't forget to use a clean cloth too, after that we wrap the parts of the car glass so that it doesn't get painted, and we wrap it using old newspapers and we also accompany it with insulation for us to stick the newspapers on the car glass media, and make sure everything must be tidy...
After that, we did the stages, namely the epoxy painting stage, so the epoxy I used was a type of Nippon 2000, and super thinner. And as for the method of stirring, first we stir the epoxy paint so that the oil and paint must be mixed evenly because this epoxy paint contains oil, after it is evenly distributed, we pour it into another container and then we measure it, the size is 1 to 1. That is one paint and one thinner, and we mix together then we stir until it dissolves and becomes one for about 30 seconds, and after that make sure the media we want to spray paint on must be completely clean without the slightest sticky dust before we spray paint don't spray wind first onto the surface of the media we want spray so that the fine dust is clean, after that spray it onto the surface of the media gradually and try to distribute it evenly so that the paint we spray doesn't have time to melt or flow, and try to be as neat as possible, and press the compressor air with the paint pressure it must be balanced if not balanced so it's useless to waste paint everywhere, so adjust the expenditure of wind with the expenditure of paint must be balanced. For example, the pressure of our air compressor is open 50 millimeters and we have to open the substance for about 50 millimeters as well so that the air output with the substance is balanced so the paint doesn't go anywhere, do it step by step, usually I only do 2 layers of epoxy painting just...
