Hello Everyone.
Coffee is actually a very favorite drink all over the world. Some countries are very famous for producing the most coffee such as Brazil, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico, Uganda, and several others places. People who like coffee drinks, really understand the best quality coffee. The taste and aroma of coffee are of course very different in each country due to several issues that can affect the quality and taste of coffee, namely genetics, how to plant, and even the correct fermentation method. Although coffee has a natural aroma, it really requires techniques, when you mix it to get a rich aroma. The aroma of coffee is formed by volatile compounds and flavorings. These volatile and flavoring compounds are very important in order to provide the aroma and taste that remains in the mouth. The feeling left in the mouth is the "aftertaste".
Coffee drinks contain many bioactive compounds such as organic acids, caffeine, flavonoids, and chlorogenic. These compounds can calm the brain and can even prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, Parkinson's disease, arthritis, and cancer. However, excessive drinking of coffee is not recommended due to several problems that can cause side effects on the body such as insomnia, hypertension, and even some other health conditions. For me, coffee drinks are very easy to find because this type of drink is very popular with everyone. Two types of coffee are grown in our country, namely Arabica, Robusta, and Liberika. The three types of coffee have different tastes and aromas, but Arabica is the most preferred.
Yesterday. I Bought coffee beans at the store because I am a coffee lover. This coffee is not ground and looks so perfect that I am very interested. The smell of the coffee makes me feel like I'm falling in love with someone. The type of coffee I bought was Arabica. Arabica coffee is not high in caffeine and has a sweet taste and Arabica coffee can give it an aromatic and rich taste. Here are some pictures I took for coffee lovers.
Shooting Process
Even though I am not a photographer, I really like photography. A photographer must have the ability to get a good subject and also be able to convey a message to anyone who sees it. I took the initiative to try to photograph coffee beans with a simple device. Using two LED lights so that the subject I shoot is more focused, using a tripod, and using glass so that the subject I shoot makes a reflection. This photo technique is actually very simple but what is very important is light. after I got some pictures, I had to edit in Adobe Photoshop so I could offset the shadows on each subject.
