Hello everyone! For me it is a great pleasure to make my first participation in this community, with the initiative Express Hive with your art.

Como todos sabemos, #HIVE es un ecosistema muy grande, que nos ofrece diferentes maneras y recursos para expresarnos con la mayor libertad, un mundo en el que podemos experimentar cosas nuevas a medida que vamos aprendiendo y creciendo como creadores de contenido. Y aún así me quedo sin palabras para tratar de describirlo, porque realmente #HIVE ha llegado a ser mucho más que sólo una blokchain, se ha convertido en un espacio que te invita a explotar tus habilidades y aprender otras nuevas, conectarte con personas alrededor del mundo que comparten los mismos gustos y talentos, y descubrir que puedes ser más de lo que crees, y mucho más.

As we all know, #HIVE is a very large ecosystem, offering us different ways and resources to express ourselves with the greatest freedom, a world where we can experience new things as we learn and grow as content creators. And yet I run out of words to try to describe it, because really #HIVE has become much more than just a blokchain, it has become a space that invites you to exploit your skills and learn new ones, connect with people around the world who share the same tastes and talents, and discover that you can be more than you think, and much more.

Y precisamente como #HIVE es tan amplio, quise expresalo con una técnica artística que permite utilizar múltiples recursos: el collage.

And precisely because #HIVE is so broad, I wanted to express it with an artistic technique that allows the use of multiple resources: collage.

Decidí usar estos materiales porque son con lo que más me desenvuelvo en la plataforma, por lo que es una manera de representar mi esencia.

I decided to use these materials because they are what I work with most on the platform, so it is a way to represent my essence.

Pasos / Steps

1.- Primero, dibujé con el lápiz el logo de #HIVE en la hoja de papel, para tener en mi collage la representación de la plataforma.

1.- First, I drew with the pencil the #HIVE logo on the sheet of paper, to have in my collage the representation of the platform.

2.- Luego, rellené la figura con trocitos de cartulina de los colores de la bandera de Venezuela, para mostrar a mi país en esta composición.

2.- Then, I filled the figure with small pieces of cardboard in the colors of the Venezuelan flag, to show my country in this composition.

• Primero el color amarillo.

• First the yellow color.

• En la otra franja, las estrellas y el color azul.

• In the other stripe, the stars and the blue color.

• Y por último el color rojo. Este último lo rellené con vinil porque no tenía cartulina de color rojo.

• And finally the red color. I filled this last one with vinyl because I didn't have any red cardboard.

3.- Utilicé las acuarelas para hacer manchas de colores, amarillo, azul y rojo, respectivamente.

3.- I used the watercolors to make colored spots, yellow, blue and red, respectively.

4.- Del lado derecho de la hoja, hice un pincel con papel crepé y cartulina plateada.

4.- On the right side of the sheet, I made a brush with crepe paper and silver cardboard.

• primero el mango del pincel, con color turquesa.

• Luego los pelos del pincel, con color marrón.

• Y con la cartulita plateada, hice el casquillo que une el mango y la celdas.

5.- Y con cartón, cartulinas, y foami plateado , hice las letras para escribir HIVE, y las pegué en la parte inferior de la hoja.

6.- Pegué trozos de vinilo que tenía desde hace un buen tiempo, que tenían notas musicales y palabras, y también decoré el collage con eso.

7.- Como toque final, hice líneas decorativas con marcador rojo, y le escribí etiquetas de comunidades en las que suelo hacer vida.

7.- As a final touch, I made decorative lines with red marker, and wrote labels of communities where I usually live.

También firmé el collage con mi nombre de usuario.

I also signed the collage with my username.

Y así quedó terminada la composición artística, espero que les haya gustado.

Espero que #HIVE siga creciendo y que esta comunidad pueda ser la casa de muchos otros hivers tanto nuevos como viejos, para que podamos avanzar juntos, no sólo por lo que podamos obtener de la plataforma, sino por lo que nosotros podemos aportar a ella.

I hope that #HIVE continues to grow and that this community can be home to many other hivers both new and old, so that we can move forward together, not only for what we can get out of the platform, but for what we can bring to it.
