Greetings friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. This is my actifit report for sunday the 22/09/2024. Happy sunday everyone. I thought that today would have been different the previous days but alas, it was the same....the rains.
On my sunday morning, I woke up early, did few house chores then set out for church. We dismissed at about noon. Then I went for a cell meeting.
In the afternoon of my sunday, I went to visit a few friends who could not make it to church. Two of them were sick with malaria. They've taken medications anyway. Should be fine in few days time.
In the night, I came out to get some light few steps and stretch my legs and enjoy the cool breeze that usually sweeps around in the evenings.
Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
