Today I bring you a simple and easy way you can make and bake your croissants π₯ at home , enjoying it with your family.
Sometimes we may want a change from what the meal roaster is saying to create something new for the family which is what I did today by replacing this simple and easy mini croissant for bread π.
Croissant π₯ is a very unique snacks we always buy and enjoy π from fast food outlets because we love π how good it tastes and we will be happy if we can always make our own version at home to enjoy it with loved ones. This recipe is simple, straightforward and delightful to make once we have the ingredients in our pantry .
Join me friends for the ingredients and process of this recipe .
INGREDIENTS:
400 g of all purpose flour
2 teaspoons of yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt powder
1 tablespoon of margarine
3 tablespoons of premium sugar + 1 teaspoon
1/2 glass of warm water π¦
1/2 glass of cold water
Extra Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of premium sugar
for spread
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
To begin this recipe, I will first pour the warm water into a small bowl, add the two (2) teaspoon of yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar, stir and cover for 5 minutes,
While waiting for the yeast, I will proceed to mix the flour by adding the dry ingredients which are the salt, the sugar and the margarine. These I will mix well using my finger tips to inculcate the margarine π§
I will add the yeast and gradually mix into kneading to obtain a dough.
Then cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes to double in size.
Once the time elapses, I will take the already doubled dough into a tray to cut into small sizes.
Next I will start to mold, cut into two and spread the dough one by one using the roller wood . Spread to make upper side wider and down side thin to enable a ring roll for a croissant π₯ shape. Then roll the dough downward for a croissant shape.
Deep the rolled dough into sugar spread to help give a brownie color when baked.
I went ahead to roll all the dough in this shape and this process does not take too much of our time. Then spread some flour on the tray before putting the rolls to avoid sticky.
Here the rolled croissant shape π₯ dough is ready to go into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for just 15 - 20 minutes .
We have our fresh oven baked croissant π₯ to enjoy to our fill with a cup of coffee βοΈ or tea π΅ to go with it. This is a meal π₯ on itβs own at any time of the day.
