Greetings Hive friends, today I come to participate in the contest created by @ hive-130560 and moderated by @equipodelta entitled "An iron heart".
On this occasion I bring as participation the restoration of an iron brush holder that I had in my room, this brush holder belonged to my grandmother but when she emigrated it became part of my belongings along with other things. To restore it, I painted it and added some decorative flowers.
The materials I used were silver paint, sandpaper, green and purple card stock, a paintbrush, and glue.
The first thing I did was sand the brush holder to remove the old paint.
Then I painted it
Then I let it dry in the sun.
While the brush holder was drying, I drew and cut out some flowers using the purple card stock for the petals and the green card stock for the center.
I finally glued the flowers to the brush holder when it was dry.
And voila, there I put my combs and I already had my brush holder like new.
I loved participating I invite @onixfemme27
