As the world evolves, time changes, everything changes as well.
Gone are the days where White collared jobs kept good meal on the table. Nowadays people are earning a living through learning and acquiring a skill, and putting in the best in your skill.
Over the Weekend I got an order for a wedding cake, a low budget one and it was an emergency work as well.
The couple requested for just a pure vanilla cake
So here we go with our Vanilla cake procedures.
and then the fondant has always been an issue for me. I was never trained on how to make cake or cover, I just found myself doing it from the little I could remember seeing by aunt do back then

Baking is always fun and I love doing it. Usually I encounter a lot of stress while trying to cover the cake. It could be rough, scattered or blunt edges, tears and other frustrating events. I normally do patch work but I'm happy I'm getting better each and everyday.
Also my Skills are giving a lot of exposure and self boost as well. I had a bit of satisfaction while making the piece of art, there are a few mistakes I spotted out, But I'm excited I'm getting better.
