Hello friends in Weekend Experience Community, Happy weekend 🥰🥰🥰
Last night our family attended a wedding reception for one of our friends, at first we planned to go straight home after attending the party at 19.30 WIB, but we saw that the weather was quite bright, immediately we planned to go see the cinema, we haven't watched the cinema for a long time.
The only cinema in our city, Binjai city, is the cinema in Binjai Supermall, the cinema building is located on the 3rd floor of the mall building. The children were very happy and imagined going to watch it in the cinema.
But after we saw several posters in the cinema, we were disappointed because all the films shown were horror genre films and there was an age restriction above 13 years. The children looked very disappointed because they didn't go to the cinema. So that they wouldn't be disappointed, I also offered them to shop at the Hypermart which is located on the ground floor of the mall.
While waiting for the children to think, I went to the games area in front of the cinema. Before Covid, we often played here, we were reminded of the past, the children were so enthusiastic about telling their experiences when playing in this area.
Finally the children wanted to be persuaded, we had to go down from the 3rd floor to the ground floor using the escalator. When going down using one of the escalators that leads to the ground floor, Rais (my youngest child) was very afraid, he once slipped while using this escalator, so he was traumatized.
Finally we arrived at the ground floor, the children immediately took the shopping trolley, it seemed like they weren't sad anymore, they chose some food according to their tastes,
At first Rais took his favorite chocolate sponge cake, then he bought Frozen potatoes, he really likes fried Frozen potatoes.
Within minutes, the trolley began to fill with their favorite groceries.
I didn't want to be outdone, I went to the fruit storage area, there was lots of fresh fruit on display, I chose grapes for my snack.
Meanwhile, my husband was seen going to the counter that sold clothes, he saw several t-shirts. After looking around, it turned out that there wasn't a single t-shirt that he liked, because he already had several collections of similar t-shirts.
It didn't feel like the clock was showing 21.30 WIB, if shopping time seemed to be running slowly, we decided to end our impromptu shopping tonight, we didn't buy many snacks because the children were already full.
Even though we didn't go to the cinema, we were still happy because we could still gather together and spend the weekend. And the most important thing is that children remain happy and not disappointed, as parents we try to ensure that children are always happy, so that they always have good hopes for life in this world and live it happily.
