Hello friends of this beautiful community #amazingdrinks. It's has been awhile I brought you guys some drinks but I know we are all doing great especially how the weekend is just about to kick off.
So guys talking about this community #amazingdrinks, we all know how lots of drinks and its contents are being published here everyday creating opportunities and bringing awareness of how we can learn to make some certain drinks we do not know how to make before because in life everything is a learning process.
So friends in my today's recipe I prepared this delicious Creamy Apple 🍏, Vanilla and banana 🍌smoothie that has a touch of peanut in it. It's a wholesome smoothie drink with lots of vitamins good for our health and digestive system and that is why I want to say little on this today's choice of smoothie . When am not eating lunch , I tend to go for smoothies because smoothies tend to give us some fullness unlike ordinary drinks that are light in texture so this why I opted for this combination. Apple 🍏 as we all know is an exceptional fruit rich in fiber, vitamin C and serves as an antioxidant. We can also get potassium, beta carotene and magnesium from apple and best of all its low in calories. Adding banana to achieve this preparation of this smoothie drink guys will be a discussion for another day.
Let's have a look on the recipe for this creamy delightful smoothie :
INGREDIENTS :
1 Ball of Apple
2 Banana
12 g of powdered cream milk(half glass)
2 caps of vanilla drops
1 teaspoon measured sugar
Half glass of water
35g of peanuts
Steps To Preparation :
1 Wash and peel the apple always using fruits purifying guard to help sanitize. Slice the apple in small shapes to enable easy blending.
2 Peel and slice the banana and keep ready.
3 Desolve the milk in half glass of water if you are using powdered milk
4 Sholve the apple and the banana in the blender, then add the desolved mixed milk, the 2 caps of vanilla, 1 teaspoon measured sugar to taste and the half glass of water.
5 Bring to blend together all the adds ups checking the consistency to see if little more water is required or not.
6 Our creamy delicious and nutritious smoothie is ready.
7 Serve in glasses and fix the peanuts as toppings gently using a teaspoon.
What could be better than a home made smoothie looking so creamy and delightfully appetizing. We can drink this either as a light lunch or light dinner especially if we want to continue to remain in shape physically and healthier.
