Comes the winter season and we all started to notice dried skin. Especially it happens to me that I started to look after oil or moisturizer cream to avoid dried skin. It does have a good effect on skin. I have seen people who regularly uses mustard oil having a good shining skin on their body like my Dad.

However one area which we always ignore is our heels. We have seen people with cracked heels. And during tye winter these cracked open up more to give more pain as we put out foot on ground.
Men, Women or kids, everybody can be seen with these cracked foot. These wide gaps can easily be seen through the naked eyes as it is hard to hide. However we can take care of them too through some easily available home remedies. While applying oild regularly is a common things, I will share some other important and easy way to cure our cracked heels. Here are few tips, which I found very effective in our day to day life.
scrubbing is vest way to get rid of cracked heels. Use mixture of honey, sugar and lemon juice and apply properly on your cracked portion. They help to remove the dead cells from the area.
we can also use wax. Just add few drops of coconut oil and apply it on the cracked part. It will fill up the vacant spaces and allow to heel it properly.
I have seen people using rice flour on their heels. Add honey and coconut oil to make a proper mixture and then apply it to get a recover fast from the cracked heels.
the other option is to apply wash the racked part with warm water and add salt to it.
Lastly, the best way is to apply oil and wear socks before sleep.
These are some of the common tips and homely way to recover faster from the cracked heels or feet. These works very fast and does help our foot to get back to shape and look very fast. And overall there is no harm in trying these easy effective measures sitting at home. All the things are easily available at home and does not require to visit market or unnecessary spending.
