Hello everybody from there! Yesterday I made vegan steak for my family from the last gluten I had. I would like to share it with you all too because it’s a good taste and healthy too, my family loves it so much.
We can eat this recipe with salad also. I made this vegan steak maybe four to five times here and every time I change the beans and some other ingredients. I love to eat it with brown beans the most.

Ingredients For Vegan Steak
- 1 cup gluten flour
- 1 1/3 cups cooked beans
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup of water
Grind beans, paprika, white pepper, salt, nutritional yeast and chili powder with 1/2 cup water very well.
Then put it in a bowl and add gluten flour, mix it well and pour all water, then knead it like dough.
Next cut it and steam it 10 minutes.
After take a bowl put 1 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp nutritional yeast, then stir it well. Then put steaks and spread it like the pictures. Keep it 5 minutes for good taste.
After fry it with coconut oil over low heat. Oh, it’s a very good smell.
It’s delicious with pepper and lemon juice sauce, but I do not show you that, sorry. It was delicious with the salad we made too.
