I can’t make a recipe post a long time already, and I miss it so much. When I visited my brother's house, I went to a field near the forest and saw a lot of ថ្នឹង (tnəŋ). Tnəŋ is the name in my language, and my husband say he think it's English name is River-Leaf Creeper.
I learned its name in Google Lens, but it didn't know too. When I saw these fruits I missed my childhood because I used to eat them a lot with salt and chili. Its leaves are used to give a sour taste and this food is popular in our country.
Then I picked it for crush it and eat with rice. When I picking them I have a idea for make a recipe in hive too.
Normally, this recipe add with grilled fish and grilled Prahok.
During I picked it my niece tells me, she took crush chili with salt too. Then we eat it in field. It taste is sour and eat with crush chili and salt, it’s very delicious.
