hello everyone..
Today, I was assigned by my mother to pick up my sister from school. Because today's school schedule is at 13:20, I take a shower first. When I was ready to pick up my sister. My mother said that she was the only one who picked up my sister, my mother really is not clear. Usually when I have nothing to do I take a shower at 17:00 so I take a shower early. My mother didn't know that taking a shower this fast wasn't me at all.

After my mother arrived home and had picked up my sister, it turned out that she wanted to buy river fish. Yes, near my house there is selling fresh fish which is directly sold on the riverbank. They came with the fresh fish in a canoe. My mother bought baung fish and snakehead fish. Because baung fish is quite difficult to get, my mother bought the fish to serve at our dinner today.

This baung fish belongs to the catfish group that is found in the rivers where I live, these fish live in fresh water flows or rivers that are swift and clean. This fish has a smooth skin, smooth without scales, and has very soft meat fibers and tastes delicious when cooked.

My mother said that it would be me who would cook it this time. You know what my response was after she said that? I was shocked and I thought then spoke in my heart. Can I process this baung fish into a delicious dish? . But my mother immediately denied what was on my mind. She told me to cook this fish into sayur asam . She will tell me what ingredients I have to prepare to cook it.

  • Sour cut into 2 sheets
