Today was also quite nice and cold, the sky was very cloudy but today it didn't rain at all. Although everyone expected rain, because the environment is much cooler when it rains.
However, due to the cloudy sky, the presence of the sun was not very good today, sometimes the sky is completely cloudy and the presence of the sun cannot be understood. But due to the lack of rain, I felt a warm feeling. Hope soon the environment will be good again and people can enjoy it.
Today I will share with you an easy and delicious vegan recipe. Honestly, I enjoy vegan recipes almost as much as non-vegan recipes. Try to maintain a balance between the two, because both are very important to maintain our physical fitness. Raw banana is very nutritious and very beneficial for the body, so it is also my favorite vegetable. Let's see today's recipe-
#Recipe Ingredients-
- Raw bananas
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Turmeric powder
- salt
- Cumin
- Oil.
Recipe preparation phase-
First I cut the raw bananas into small slices, then took some water in a bowl and added light yellow powder to it and soaked the banana slices for some time.
Then I put a pan on the stove and heat it with oil, add some cumin seeds. Then I added onion and raw chili.
When the onions and green chillies are lightly fried, I add the raw banana slices, then mix it with salt and turmeric powder.
I cooked it like this for some time, drained the water from the raw bananas and took them down to serve.
Ready to serve- Raw banana Vaji. Check out the view, they are great not only with rice but also with flour bread. I often make simple and tasty recipes like this, considering the time.
